More Than Half of Restaurants Depend on Digital Sales, Despite Uptick in On-Premise Orders
Consumers are getting back out and into restaurants to eat, but digital still drives 30% of sales for more than half of all restaurants and remains crucial to their financial viability. This according to a new Restaurant Readiness Index, a PYMNTS and Paytronix collaboration, that surveyed 519 restaurant managers on the role of digital in improving the restaurant’s top line.
